衝著他家設計來的，非常好，大堂經理跟接待都非常熱情，那裡打車的確難打，CBD區，最後還是大堂經理幫我們處理這個問題，crab都沒他們訂的好，早餐非常贊👍🏻

I had such a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and friendliness. Every member of the team I encountered was polite, helpful, and always ready with a smile, which truly made the stay feel comfortable and special. The food at the hotel was another highlight — every meal I had was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. There was a good variety of choices, and the service at the restaurant was excellent as well. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, clean, and well maintained. Everything was organized, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. It’s the kind of place you’d love to come back to again.

果然是亞洲必住酒店top100，整體風格非常有設計感！！昏暗的風格蠻特別的。 唯一缺點是有點吵雜，已住在28樓但是外面車水馬龍的聲音以及門外走動聲都聽得到（酒店有附贈耳塞一對）

Good location, staffs were helpful and attentive especially the breakfast greeter lady named Weni. I appreciate her kindness and politeness very much. Her standard belongs to higher level hotel such as Ritz or Raffles, tbh. Anyway, although I didn't find anything wrong with this hotel, I just didn't feel the "5-star" here.
