Pintu masuk banyak (more than 3 rasanya) tapi semuanya ditutup. Kami parking agak jauh dan setiap kali nak keluar masuk memang jauh berjalan. Flush toilet sangatla tak berapa nak kuat. Kena tekan 2 kali baru okay. Aircond panel tu tak function. Bila kita tinggikan suhu, auto akan drop ke suhu paling sejuk. Bila panggil maintenance, sepatah pun tak faham BI. BM apatah lagi.

Hotel in a strategy location, a lot of food stalls around near hotel. staff are friendly, room is very clean except this time found a food string on the floor. air conditioner is not very cool but fan is provided. TV channel is not clear. other than that, all other things are ok.

窓なしの部屋にしましたが、完全に窓がないわけではなく、建物內部の通路に面した窓があります。カーテンが遮光ではないため、一晩中この通路からの光が部屋に漏れていました。この環境では眠れない人もいそうです

選擇這個酒店需謹慎！！！ 第一次評價酒店且體驗感極差 1.訂酒店頁面詳情跟實際不符合，圖片設施跟酒店實際不符合，見圖片 2.基礎設施無法使用，主要體現在空調，為什麼會有電扇，肯定是他們自己也知道空調不好用 3.房間沒有熱水壺，但是有咖啡杯 4.健身房11點開門 5.早餐種類非常少，最起碼不適閤中國人，水果是可以的，還有炒雞蛋（需排隊很久） 6.酒店人員態度極其敷衍（體現在退換房要求時，一味地拒絕，找人修，修不好也走了，主打的就是我來修過，你能把我怎麼樣） 7.床頭沒有插座，床單非常臟（昏暗燈光不仔細看看不出來）

Our family had a very comfortable and cozy stay. The hotel's location is highly convenient, with easy access to Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam, and Penang Island. The free parking was a plus. Although we encountered a minor incident, the operation manager was on duty and promptly addressed the issue. Thanks to 永安 for helping resolve the matter. However, the lift in the Fajar Floor building needs upgrading, as the doors close too quickly (within 2-3 seconds), causing them to hit me multiple times. The air conditioning was cool and refreshing, making our stay pleasant. Compared to other nearby hotels, this one is highly recommended for its cleanliness and overall experience. However, I would suggest more frequent cleaning of the floor carpets for child safety, as children tend to crawl and play on the floor. Last but not least, the fire escape door should be checked to ensure it is accessible for safety reasons.
