My latest stay here was more satisfactory than the previous one. The room on the 4th floor was simply great, better than some star hotel, I would say. Polite staff and excellent service. My favourite place to stay in Seberang Perai.

Everything in hotel is good, recommended hotel,but I have some suggestions for this hotel as below:- 1.all the pillow cases are looks old,some chocolate marks on pillow cases 2.my room on the top floor(4th floor),but the lift only can reach to 3rd floor,since my mom have a spines problem,she forced to climb up 1 level staircase,pity of her. 3.I found that all the windows in my room are unlock,very dangerous,there is 5th floor, I'm just worry about if there is a young kid fall down from the room

Very bad overnight stayed Bathroom Sink stuck...inform staff nobody turn up Water heater no function Pipe hose for toilet licking.... Room A lot of dust Floor also very dirty. Bedsheet dirty...towel and carpet very smelly
