這是我最近住過的最差的酒店了，衞生和設施都非常的舊，房間到處都是罰款提示，看的好難受，這種酒店應該不會再去第二次的，唯一感覺良好的就是熱水很熱，我們住豪華家庭，二樓樓頂的雨聲聽的一清二楚，晚上太難受了😖，建議商家趕緊整修！我們還好就是過渡一夜，沒睡足6個小時就趕火車去了！

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I recently stayed at Ernes Hotel in Seberang Jaya, and I must say—it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and professional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. The room was spotless, cozy, and modern, with all the essentials you’d expect from a good hotel. The bed was super comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also appreciated the thoughtful little touches like complimentary water bottles and toiletries. Location-wise, Ernes Hotel is in a great spot—very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and local attractions nearby, and it's easy to get around the area. Overall, Ernes Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s affordable, clean, and offers excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seberang Jaya and will happily stay here again on my next 永安!

The door can’t be open for few hours I missed meeting on 8 am in the morning because of all my stuff in the room but the room locked and even hotel staff can’t open until they call maintenance to open it at few hour after that
