SCAM!! UNAUTHORISED BOOKING made and charged. Super bad customer service! The hotel did not handle the unauthorised booking even I reported the issue for many times. No one answer the call and cannot reach out to hotel for whole day. The hotel refused to follow up or refund and I need report to police to handle finally.
