立地やサービス、ホテルのきれいさについては全く問題はありません。ただホテルの構造的な部分や利用する人々のマナーの問題です。構造については、橫の部屋の物音がかなり鮮明に聞こえるので防音の対処ができていないです。利用する人間については、インドネシアの人はマナーもあり非常に良いですが、中華系の人は周りに人がいることをわきまえず、廊下ので騒ぎをしたり大聲で話し込んだり、部屋の中で大きな聲で騒いだりと、ひどすぎますね。今度は別のホテルをチョイスします。特に中華系人民のいないホテルがベストです。

During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.
