On arrival service was great and very helpful. Room had a great view a little on small size but not complaining as it was very clean. On the down side. Mattress needs changing as springs have gone. Woke up with them digging in my back. Went for breakfast as continental breakfast was included. It's extra for cooked of which I would be happy to pay for. However I was totally ignored as person too busy folding napkins and kept their back to me. I wasn't going to hang around. There was no fruit just bread, muffins and yoghurt. I was going to speak to the front desk about this but no one about so I let myself out of the car park.

All staff were very helpful even when we had a family member took very ill and had to go to A n E. Also had a child with ADHD who had a break down. The lady on duty was very helpful and understanding. Stayed here a few times and always enjoy our stay.

Very tired looking hotel, but it is inexpensive. The breakfast is basic and when you tick the boxes for mushroom, tomato etc you literally get 1 small mushroom and half a small tomato. The full English looked extremely sad when it arrived, although it was tasty. One very big turn off was the girl doing the breakfast with an obviously bad cold filling up the bread bin with no gloves. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere

The thing I loved is, it was very neat and good maintained room. But the heater wasn't working and while I had a complimentary breakfast offer, I wasn't given that cuz I had to leave by 7.45 while breakfast served only at 8am, (I really hoped if a provision was made, since we are paying definitely!) Well, the receptionist was kind to give a small heater which didn't really heat up that room but yes, something better than nothing. Cleanliness certainly deserves a bonus point, though. And it was close to Chatham station, also ubers are available, hence travel options were also good. Pretty nice hotels nearby.

這飯店的好處是無線網路很快，窗外風景很好。但附近生活機能有點不足，去便利店需上下坡。浴室廁所有漏水，入住三天地板都是濕的。早餐的部分只有吐司、咖啡、牛奶、麥片和茶，沒有任何熱食。

The bed was broken on the right hand side, and a towel had been used to bolster the broken part. The paint was chipping off the bathroom and toilet doors in chunks, the black mold on the bathroom ceiling had been attempted to be painted over, pipework in the bathroom and toilet was fully exposed, would look better being boxed in, when paying I was told they only accepted cash, I would have preferred paying by card
