Very clean room, quiet. Initial greeting very nice (Manager). Restaurant is really just open bar concept. Bartender couldn't care less about friendliness or service. Wasn't speaking to any of us seated at the bar. No name tag. No greeting, or true service. Ordered wings for dinner. Arrived on plain plate, cold, side container of dipping sauce. Not impressed. No offer of "anything else?" etc. Turned TV's onto sports but no volume. As if anyone is into leg volleyball? Indoor pool is UNHEATED, slick flooring as is the pool deck. Could not enjoy it at all. Pool needs to be declared UNHEATED! Had to interrupt desk clerk at checkout (she was texting on her phone). No questions as to how was stay, etc. Very disappointed, needless to say. Will not be staying there again..

The manager was very rude, Candace Vazquez, yelled at us for bringing down towels to the lobby when her other front desk people told me to. That hotel should have better kind of people for those positions.

連續入住兩天，房間沒有打掃過 早餐也就雞蛋和麪包 黑人大媽帶有種族主義，態度相當惡劣，為了趕早班飛機 就沒有去計較 這家酒店前面和後面都有比較好的酒店
