布法羅機場酒店 (Buffalo Airport Hotel)

十分靠近機場 提供免費送機服務 👍 酒店雖然有年頭 但還算乾淨 大堂免費咖啡和熱水 👍👍 適合咱們中國人 😁 還有一個亮點 緊挨着加油站 加油站的便利店特別大 非常方便 👍👍👍 這三點 我覺得還是值得一住 特別是趕早班機的朋友 — 我們就是六點的飛機 ✈️ 😅

房間挺大的，比想象的好，因為航班到的比較晚了，就沒給酒店打電話，自己走過去的，大概20分鐘吧，前台馬上就安排了房間，還幫忙登記明天一早送機場的車。

就在機場邊，方便實惠。對於深夜到達的遊客非常友好。門口有便利店可以買吃的。下次去大瀑布還會繼續選擇入住

공항과 정말 가깝습니다. 커피와 차, 따뜻한 물을 제공받을 수 있습니다. 새벽 비행일때 최적입니다! 가성비있는 숙소이고 이용 못했지만 세탁코인기계도 있어서 조금 일찍 갔더라면 하는 아쉽움이 있었지만 캐나다 나이아가라 저녁불꽃놀이까지 다 보고 우버를 타고 이동해서 편하게 쉬었고 아침에 셔틀을 이용해 공항에 갔습니다.

깨끗하고 기분 좋은 방과 욕실 상태에 매우 만족스러운 하루를 보냈습니다. 버팔로공항을 이용하기 위해 셔틀제공하는 가까운 공항으로 선택했는데 저렴한 가격에 비해 숙소 상태가 매우 좋았습니다. 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡아주시고 공항 셔틀도 요청한지 10분정도 후 바로 연결해주셔서 감사드려요. 프론트 옆에 정수기도 있고 방에서 가까운 곳에 간단한 음료와 간식을 구매할 수 있는 자판기와 아이스 기계가 있어서 편리하게 잘 이용했어요. 감사합니다

I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was truly unacceptable and needs to be posted. From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful. He made no effort to welcome us or provide basic guidance. We were given no instructions on how to reach our room 426, which turned out to be on the second floor in a confusing layout with no clear signage. After wandering around for an extended time trying to find it, we returned to the reception, only to be met with silence like he didn’t have tongue in his mouth. The receptionist didn’t say a word just handed us a paper map and pointed vaguely, as if speaking was too much effort. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel completely unwelcome. We were not given access to the convenient side gates that would have allowed easy access to our room. Again, no explanation or guidance was provided. It felt like we were intentionally being inconvenienced, and sadly, we couldn’t help but suspect that his rude and dismissive attitude may have been due to our names or skin color. It was hard not to feel that some form of racial bias or discrimination was at play. we were disappointed to find there was no body soap in the bathroom, bottle was empty. A basic amenity like that should never be missing in any hotel, regardless of its rating. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic hospitality especially from the front desk was inexcusable. Management seriously needs to address staff training and review potential discriminatory behavior. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly never return.

一般般吧體驗感很差，前台態度不是很好，噪音很大，樓道也不乾淨。就是離機場近比較方便。旁邊的餐廳還可以，

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel given some of the reviews. The room was clean and updated. It was equipped with a refrigerator and coffee pod machine. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water to shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. No water was provided in the room but there is a water dispenser in the lobby to refill a water bottle (they should mention this at check-in). All the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. My only complaint about the room is that the shower could have more water pressure, but it was sufficient for a shower. They do seem to take guest comfort seriously as I overhead a conversation about a guest who had been asked to leave because they were disturbing other guests. The hotel is located on the east side of the airport and they provide shuttle service. There was some traffic noise but we were not disturbed by the planes. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as several others within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I would happily book this hotel again.
