Our 4th stay at this Hotel, great staff and location. But the toenail clippings from previous guest on the floor and blocked sink in the bathroom does show the standard of cleaning has dropped.

This is my Third time staying due to its proximity to the station. The staff are always amazing, breakfast is always great. However there was some vomit on the bathroom wall from previous guest and yet again for 3rd time in a row one set of bath towels for a double guest room with two guests staying..but all sorted by the wonderful staff.

Automatic check in took s little working out but luckily there was someone on hand to help out. Great location for shops, bars and the station. Bar is open until the early hours and breakfast was great.

Well located by the station. Nice spacious room. Stayed two notes and had to request room to be made up. Did eventually but took a while. Recommend staying though. Breakfast was good & well priced
