這是我近一個月英國行程中住了的20家酒店唯一的低評分酒店，本來有些不忍心，但是指出問題，一方面為後續旅行者避玩，另一方面也是促使經營者改進。1停車付款15磅需要點擊一個連結提交信用卡的全部訊息，這是信用卡安全的潛在風險，我寧可停附近公共停車場，2入住下載一個app進行登記才發送入住密碼，這對手機個人私隱和手機銀行的安全構成潛在風險，我華為手機鴻蒙系統不可能.安裝，僅永安協調才收到入住密碼，3入住的第2晚凌晨2點多，突然有蜂鳴聲，先是驚醒查找聲音來源，確定是火災報警器後又查找房間內走廊上是否真有火災，發現是誤報又想怎麼處理，好不容易關閉蜂鳴聲，後面就無法入睡，第二天開車都是睡意朦朧的。早上離開時審視一下，走廊又窄又長還有拐彎像謎宮，樓梯又窄又長很陡，根本沒有火災逃生通道及樓梯，一且真有火災，衹能等待消防雲梯車救命，真不知道當地的建築消防是怎麼管理的？？？

Mansley refers to their properties as "managed apartments". There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.
