В целом в отеле есть все что нужно для тех, кто путешествует в одиночку. Немного странная система пропуска для иностранных туристов: требовалось, чтобы сотрудник на ресепшне сканировал свое лицо, и только тогда турникет срабатывал. То есть я не мог ни воспользоваться пластиковой картой для входа, ни отсканировать свое лицо - приходилось дергать сотрудника. Из плюсов - в номере была стиральная машинка, что позволило мне освежить заканчивающийся в путешествии гардероб.

房間衞生很乾凈而且沒有異味交通也比較方便樓下吃的東西也很多，而且房間隔音，樓下需要刷門禁才能入內還是比較安全的

I enjoyed the stay. The best thing was the view through the big window, even though my room was only on floor 14 it was nice. Location is nice. A bit far to walk from the subway (10-15min) but no problem. There’s a nice shopping area and pedestrian street right beside the building. If you want to go to the Panda park, it’s not far and fast by taxi. I found it nice value for money.

Stayed 2 nights to facilitate returning easily from Panda Center. The next day, we changed to a better snd more central hotel for less money esp since this hotel charges 50% on Fri and Sat nights. Nice and helpful staff available on WeChat. The hotel needs renovations. Our first room was very smoky so we changed the next day. Both rooms have so many things falling apart...in quite bad repair. Toilet door handle falling off and taped on bottom! Very dusty and not properly cleaned in a long time! Power outlets are not well planned either. Washing machine worked well and they provide detergent too. Room is a good size. And there was a clothes hanging rack to dry. Our second room faced a major highway, but sound insulation is excellent. And the sun shining in late afternoon dried the clothes fast.

We stayed here because it was convenient to get to the Panda Center whch it is. A short and cheap taxi away. Plus it was convenient to arrive from the South train station too. Need to change once and then a 15 min walk. Neighborhood has plenty of food options too. The hotel though needs some renovations. Our first room 15th floor was very smoky so we changed the next day. Even the corridor was smoky. 14th floor was better. Both rooms have so many things falling apart...in quite bad repair. Handles taped on. I think their maintenance team uses tape to repair everything! Also room is very dusty and not cleaned well at all. But the washing machine worked well and they provide detergent too. Room is a good size snd quiet. Staff was proactive via WeChat too. But lobby check-in is on a higher floor.

Excellent service and our room was upgraded for free. So convenient we had a fridge and washing machine. Our hotel was close to the Zoo and the surrounding shops and restaurants were all very good and at walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Chengdu👍🏽😉🫶🏼

This is a very nice hotel/apt in a nice neighborhood. I needed a refrigerator and thought to try it out for 2 nights. I ended up staying 8 nights. It was a large studio on the 20th floor facing the front of the hotel, which had an open view. The city lights at night were very beautiful. I love the huge windows and the feeling of being close to the sky as when I lay in bed, the only thing to see outside is the sky. The receptionist was very helpful to get me things that I needed and helped me to find the post office and the copy shop. I loved walking the streets as there were many restaurants and stores. My bathroom seemed to have mold, but it was just black spots. I am allergic to mold, and I couldn't smell any in that room. I also love having a washing machine in the bathroom. It was a great price and a great experience staying here. I will definitely go back to stay

I had a great stay here. The building seemed calm and the location is very convenient with many restaurants, foot massage, supermarkets and a mall right next door. The subway station can be reached in a ten minutes walk. I’d recommend staying here when coming to Chengdu, especially when you are planning to visit the Pandas as the hotel is located already up north in town, so you can reach the area quickly.

room 2222, need to go to office on floor 21 to do check in security will let you in and tell everything. The room is not bad, ac, good view, strong shower big room around 30-40 sq m, has heating plate but no pan or pot, the bed is also worn out but can sleep... Good wifi, security in halway.
