房間環境還是可以的 設施：齊全，基本都有 衞生：打掃的比較乾淨的 環境：非常的好，可以看見江景 位置離太古裏非常進，下樓2分鐘就到了 價格還實惠，管家還很熱情貼心

衞生：極差 都不如100塊錢的酒店衞生好，我看了衞生都噁心想吐 環境：極差！ 服務：極差 訂了2晚，住了一晚，剩下的房錢不退 別來這家酒店！極差！！！！

Review of Apartment Stay in Chengdu Positive Points 1. Very ideal location – only a 3-minute walk to Taikoo Li and an 8-minute walk to Chunxi Road. 2. Located on a high floor, offering a spectacular view of Chengdu city. 3.Very spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Negative Points 1. To Poor check-in experience. There is no lobby in the apartment, and the owner did not contact me beforehand or provide proper check-in instructions. I had to trouble the security guard to call the owner for assistance. 2.We were a group of 6, but only one access card was provided. Our request for additional cards was rejected. 3.Poor maintenance – the rooms and the floor were dirty and dusty. 4.Weak water pressure from the shower heads. The upstairs bathroom even ran out of water whenever the downstairs shower was in use. 5.Cleaning service was minimal, only refilling water and taking out rubbish. 6.Dusky air conditioning.

永安提供的圖片跟實際房間完全不同，差距也太大了！地板都是開裂的，沙發臟兮兮的，都不敢坐！抱枕更是脱毛的，房間看着就是感覺很臟，不乾淨。又不能提前看房間！又不能退了。房子一共50層，這房子才8層，房子又在鬧市區，晚上車來車往超級吵！關鍵房子大多數是玻璃，所以會比牆體的更吵！但凡看過這房子我是絕對不會住的…現在沒辦法也退不了，衹能硬着頭皮住一晚了！就睡了5-6個小時！一大早立馬走了！雲墅高空才8樓😅😅😅，絕了！

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend While the location was convenient, our overall experience at this apartment was very disappointing, starting from the check-in process. First, you are required to add the host on WeChat to check in—this was not mentioned anywhere on 永安 or on the listing. After messaging them, it took 10 minutes for someone to come down, and they couldn’t even find our booking. The entire check-in process took 30 minutes, which was frustrating. The walkway to the apartment was dark and creepy, and the apartment itself looked nothing like the photos—it was clearly run-down and not well maintained. The kitchen was dark, smelly, and unusable. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower kept alternating between freezing cold and scalding hot water every 10 seconds, with no way to adjust the temperature. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the second bedroom also looked neglected and worn out. The main queen bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on a wooden platform. Pillows were old and flat, and the towels felt rough—more like floor mats than bath towels. We ended up checking out the very next day, as we couldn’t bear to stay any longer. Thankfully, we found a cheaper place with much better service nearby. Do yourself a favor and stay at a proper chain hotel instead. This was a terrible experience, and we would not recommend this apartment to anyone. If we code rate we will rate zero star

避雷避雷避雷 進屋有味，衞生非常差，換的房子衞生也很差，當天晚上就走了，沒有動房間任何東西也沒有入住，申請退款不給退 前四張我們定的房間，後三張換的房間 我一個不愛安靜的人都不能接受的臟亂差的程度 有圖有真相，衞生差成這個樣子，沒有住也不給退錢避雷避雷避雷
