我2007年就開始住一年1-3次入住，我在這裡招募印度公司的職工，我喜歡他中空的大廳，以前一台大鋼琴擺在正中間定時有人演奏，從空中的迴廊聽到美妙的鋼琴聲，因此我只要到青奈我就入住，到2017年後面的疫情我直到今日再入住，GRT的酒店並不是很大房間也不算多，經過幾年翻修及維護依然不變，由於硬體空間很然改變如果要算最差的地方就是浴室印度式的牆面蓮蓬頭很短頂上的灑水頭密封件老化一直滴水，原要洗澡變成從頭洗起。歡個思維在印度這算是超級棒不要挑毛病！畢竟是印度！ 跟食物一樣可能不太能適應印度香料料理，只能入鄉隨俗！

I have always stayed in GRT whenever we are in Chennai. They have really good service and food! But, the cleanliness needs improvement. I found the towels to be dirty (not white looking) and the sofa was dusty. They did give me a change and vacuumed the sofa. They definitely make the stay better with their service, there is always someone asking you during breakfast or rounds around the room, if our stay is okay? When you mention the towel is dirty and all, they do it immediately when we leave the room! Kudos for their excellent service!

Grand Chennai hotel with great location and hospitality. Live up to its name. I feel safe staying with family members in room 603 and 605. Thanks for the complimentary fine and delicious breakfast. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to carry my shopping bags to my room. I love Komal and Poushali both lovely receptionists at the front desk. The telephone operator is very kind to let me use the weighing scale. Live band and dance performance give a positve vibes.

Booked two rooms at GRT. Overall, had a pleasant stay, though the rooms were a bit dusty—particularly the tables and glass shelves. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. On our early departure day, the staff kindly packed breakfast for us, which was a thoughtful gesture.

Fantastic experience. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast spread was very good and tasty. The hotel even surprised my husband with a complimentary cake and had the room decorated on his birthday. It was truly a thoughtful gesture by the hotel. Exceptional customer service. Definitely my choice of stay for my next 永安 to Chennai.

A great hotel in the heart of the shopping district T Nagar. Very convenient location and easy to get transportation. Hotel staff were superb and attentive. They accommodated our request and ensure our stay was good. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were abit over used and starting to see its getting old. Perhaps some refresh will be needed soon. Overall, 9 out 10 stay.

I didn't have a pleasant experience the moment I stepped in. Took a flight from Dubai and arrived around 10pm. There was an event going on and the whole place was blasted with loud music. As you can see from the photo, it was open concept and music was loud even to 8th floor ! But fortunately, once door closed, it was quiet. Many areas were lacking but the hotel personnel were very sincere to make amends. The hotel had many small touches which made my stay comfortable. Overall, it was good stay!

Lives up to its name. Service was great from the start. Provided laundry and weighing scale when we needed to weigh our luggage. Food is mostly vegetarian but has a wide variety. Rooms and toilets are spacious. Would come back.

Second time staying at GRT hotel (T Nagar). Location is very convenient and the services which they provided are good. Overall, I had a safe and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
