Property location is good. Food was good but it is way too costly. They are not providing even the basic things in the room like tea coffee pouches but charging too much more than 7k. Not maintaining hygiene. Towels looked very old and used. Common washrooms were very dirty.

Big property big spacious rooms but not well maintained and still using very old linens. Sea view, big lawn and nice breakfast restaurant are plus.

Very poor services , very poor rooms condition very bad staff behaviour and very unhygienic atmosphere. Lawn area was also very untidy

First of all, room is not good. Not clean, looks very older walls and interiors. There is no private beach area. Swimming pool also not good and too much smell due to cholorine. Indoor play area is very smelly. Unable to sit for more than 5mins. Few things like lawn, trees are good. Mosquitoes were there in room. Overall, not a good stay for a holiday. Not worth for money.

The food was a bit costly in the restaurant that was inside...but the campus and the room was nice.. The shore was not illuminated much in the night and was not much clean ..but the stay was overall okay

really good...and enjoyed... The only disadvantage I saw is kettle is available, but tea bags and milk powder to make tea are not available... This disappointed me... Otherwise, staying is ok...and don't buy order food from inside the restaurant; it is 5 times costlier than the original price...for example, a dosa is 300 rupees, and half a liter of 7 Up is 125 rupees....plan your alternate food options...

- Infrastructure is very old and not maintained well, - Intercom not working, washroom is in dilepitated state - Housekeeping service not automatic / no marking of do not disturb / clean the room - Treats customer non trustworthy - the habit of checking rooms is old school, they took good time to check room for clearing checkout - Not worth the money / daily charge
