Drinking water not supply, not given brush&paste, bedsheets not good, driver bathroom not provide. This is november 20th not received above the amount

hi this is masheek ahamed.i would like feedback about the hotel during our stay. the receptionist responded very well whenever i called him to order food, clean the room and airport transfer as well. the food is tasty and reasonably priced as well.hotel location is convenient for us because the airport is very near.

Rooms were good, but way of serving food and tea was not good it served in open condition. The room service staff was also rude.

Its a very bad experience. Property location is not good. Rooms are smelled badly. Even after booking with mmt, hotel is not ready to give gst bill for the stay. I will suggest people not to book rokm for stay.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The location is a mere 2 km from airport which is a good convenience. The rooms are small and cozy.

Room was not clean and there are stains in washrooms. But the food service is good, at any time we can order tea, coffee and all. Reception services are also good

As per the cost undertaken the sevices are not adequete. Water bottles not given, when asked it is chartged extra. No toiletories except soap is provided. Rooms contain cockroaches though cleaned regularily. Staffs are good but maintainancve is poor. Breakfast served not in buffet and is limited. Dinner no choice except fast food and dosa.
