This hotel is very average and does not live up to the Holiday Inn name. The rooms are very small, the bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The bed was uncomfortable and the facilities were not up to the expected standard. I booked here because of the Holiday Inn brand, but the quality was very low compared to what the name suggests. Not recommended, especially for executive travelers.

Close to the airport. Small rooms but neat and convenient. Ordered room service food which was tasty, clean and cheaper.

Didn’t change the bedding, didn’t clean the trash bin out, toilet didn’t wash and when ask they didn’t bother to listen. Toilet flush water flow out to the hotel corridor. Awful service

Carpets and couches in reception area were filthy. Dinning are had cockroaches crawling on the walls. Towels were dirty white in colour, did not look like I t was washed properly .

While I am staying in the hotel I don't like the receptionist's behaviour. She doesn't know how to greet customers showing her rude face. And while living in the room I ring the reception that I need 2 plate to eat food they said they will bring but I waited for a long time finally I went down to the kitchen area and got the plate. In my room the shower as been broken. Before letting the customer in, the inspection team needs to check everything after that they need to allocate the room for the customer.

Breakfast was very mediocre in taste … the semia upma was uncooked and in some places was just plain flour … Bread pudding was devoid of even the minimal sugar … the so called hot coffee seemed colder than most cold hearted souls …
