飯店本身很豪華，裡面的服務相當好，也靠近海邊，設施也還不錯，唯一美中不足的就是房間內沒有咖啡機，只有簡單的燒水壺

房間可以，夠大，衹是衹有浴室有地漏，衞生間和洗漱區沒地漏，地上有水排不出，整天都濕漉漉的。環境可以，但是不能直接出海灘，跟宣傳的不太相符。

The stay was good and up to expected 5-star standards, but I didn’t feel anything went truly above and beyond. Sometimes it feels like staff do things just to get a good review, not out of genuine care. We’re already paying a premium for this level of service so it shouldn’t be treated like a favor. It met expectations, but not more.

I had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The property itself is stunning, blending traditional architecture with modern luxury. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered a serene view.
