The concern here the hotel is heavily booked for events to individual parties so the cars coming to the hotel venue gets very decisively packed. So, we were told drop outside the hotel making us walk up the slope and walk to the hotel. We stay in the hotel for 7 nights and breakfast menu never got changed for 7 days!!! We can understand the normal fruits, bread and normal breakfast range is there but not the chicken curry throughout the 7 days. I am sure the chef can change the style of the chicken from curry to other varieties. No complaints in terms service best we can ask for. Thank You

Fantabulous staffs, I love the hotel and all the environment beside us. The hallway gave an access to view the natural light of the weather. The pool view was phenomenal. We shared the same hotel with PKL players we had fun waving to each other at the lobby. Top notch!

Stayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

In 永安 I had requested for airport pickup, but Hotel did not turn up and when I called them they said they were not aware. I had to schedule my own after landing. In-room dining they kept calling me to ask if I’ve eaten so that they can send someone to clear the plate. That’s very annoying.

Prime location,Good Service....Very much impressed with the Ground Floor Staff Kumar and Amar....Nice people and will be in our memory for ever...Will Stay again to see those staffs. Stayed with my wife and she was impressed with their staffs.. Need to concentrate on workmanship in the repair of the room furniture's
