I had the best experience. The front office staff raj was helpful. I really had the best stay. There are many shops near by this hotel. Its actually in the city centre itself. Its convenient. If you need to leave to the airport make sure to add additional hour to beat the traffic

The room i booked was not reserved as required. Multiple issues in the lounge. Won't be choosing this hotel for my next stay

The hotel is newly renovated in January, so it's very cleanm modern and the design is nice. Staff are very friendly and service was good. Gym was nicely equipped as well!

Overall stay was great but it was such an unpleasant experience at the time of checkin. The venue was busy & very less staff at the front desk to manage guests. The reps at front desk literally took 40mins to issue the access card to my room.

Un sans faute pour la qualité irréprochable du personnel. Dès l'entrée de l'hôtel avec les gardiens qui contrôlent les véhicules, sécurité renforcée des clients à l'entrée, la conciergerie avec Kamal, Daniel, Ravi, Harish, une mention spéciale pour eux, ils savent pourquoi. La réception Lokesh, Krishna, Sharath y compris le duty manager Sidartha, qui a su être à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner très diversifié avec un menu à la carte possible. Merci pour ce séjour, je reviendrai.

The Hotel is good but below competitors in it’s category. Hotel is very clean. Location could be better since Anna Salai is very crowded and congested road. I had a bad experience with service, especially the F&B team. The gym is okay but way under equipped vs other 5 stars hotel nearby. The Spa is super expensive and doesn’t even have steam or sauna… Breakfast and lunch / diner buffet are average, not many choices.
