The entire staff is courteous and attentive. ✅ Accessibility – Unlike many hotels, this one is truly disability-friendly, with accessible facilities and rooms. ✅ Great Location – Centrally located with ample restaurants in the area, making it perfect for explorers. ✅ Spacious & Clean Rooms – Well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. ✅ Excellent Dining Options – The hotel’s restaurants are top-notch; Royal Indian is a must-visit for an amazing vegetarian meal. Final Verdict: Everything works well in this hotel—from service to cleanliness, dining, and accessibility. A solid 5-star experience that makes for a comfortable and convenient stay in Chennai. Excellent Service ! Just that the room size is slightly smaller compared to other hotels of this price. But otherwise food, service and all on point ! Well trained and polite staff.

1 of the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The mattress gave me a back pain where I need to visit a doctor. Further We had 6 rooms and 3 of them we old and run down. The lobby was full of mosquitoes.  There was also a room where 永安 screwed up on reservations

Staff was very friendly and helpful always, the front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially Aftab was helpful excellent food and especially Chef Vignesh was always very accommodating with our requests and was very kind. will def stay again and recommend too
