Good location in the walled part of Chester.  Good food and drink with a good range of options.  Staff always helpful.

A place with old world charm and in a great location.  The double bed we had was on the small size, so we wished we'd selected a twin room. Breakfast was good, though water should be provided without having to ask.  The coffee was a disappointing lukewarm warm filter type, despite there being a decent machine in view behind the bar.

The hotel in great location very close to bars and restaurants 👌 easy to find .The room was very small and didn't have hair dryer, we asked for one on reception, they said that they could bring us hair dryer but never did !Isolation in rooms are very bad, could here everyone from rooms next to us .

Great 永安 to Chester. Free upgrade on arrival to a suite which was great to have the extra space. Breakfast is of great quality.
