The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately run by incompetent management. We went for a wedding and the whole day was behind schedule. No champagne breakfast arrived. The canapés were not served until an hour before dinner which kind of ruined dinner. The wedding planner was lacking in visibility (we had to ring her at every point where things should have happened and ask where she was). The rooms smelled of excrement yhe whole time and having brought this to management attention they shrugged it off and said oh it's just the drains (not good enough). The kettle and tea tray were hidden under cupboard that took us an hour to find as no kne had explained on check in. THE WORST THING WAS THE MANAGER RINGING THE BRIDE ( NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES) THE DAY AFTER THREATENING TO THROW AWAY THE RENTED PHOTOBOOTH THAT YHE SUPPLIER HAD ARRANGED TO PICK UP LATER DUE TO A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

Nice clean hotel. Some bits are looking a bit dated though. Staff were friendly. Drinks prices were very hefty.

Had a great time at the wedding event we attended. The food was great very friendly hospitality staff and great produce.

Stayed here 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. Decided to stop over again this weekend and, again, just can't fault it. Great food, friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. We use it as a place to go off and explore the wider area but always see people who are obviously there for special occasions or business. Whatever your 永安 is for I cannot recommend highly enough.

Beautiful hotel, location fantastic and the outside facilities. Furniture a bit dated in bedrooms. Breakfast a bit dry in parts. They ask for a £50.00 deposit when you check in which is automatically taken from your account and refunded when you checkout but it takes up to 4 days to be refunded. Not good for people that maybe need that £50.00

Chose because of location and Price. Was pleasantly surprised at spacious room and ennsuite. Very clean, staff all excellent. Bar area was a bit noisy but there was a large Xmas party in the restaurant so to be expected. Excellent breakfast. Will stay again.

What a great hotel. Every member of staff I encountered was well trained and knew exactly how to engage guests and ensure their visit was exactly as they wanted it to be. From entering the hotel and breathing in the most beautiful fragrance to immaculate well designed rooms - plug and USB sockets built into the bed frame! I wish I had been able to try the spa - next time! I was supposed to get to the hotel earlier and had a table booked, but I was delayed so I had to cancel it - the menu looks amazing and certainly worth a visit for that alone. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with the usual English breakfast items, an assortment of continental options (fruit, salami and the like) and tea and filter coffee, refilled by the attentive restaurant team. I wish I lived closer so I could go to some of the special events they put on in here. Just check out the hotel website to see what I mean.

Should have got a room for £38.50. What i paid when booking through 永安. Then i forgot I'd paid that, so on arrival at the hotel had to pay £33 for the room So basically had to pay twice. Room was ok, but next to a buiding site so was up as soon as the builders arrived at 7am. Won't be using 永安 again.

Single room. Tiniest bed I’ve slept on in a long time. Very tired decor - chipped furniture and marked walls. Shower poor condition. Breakfast good. £50 ‘pre-approval deposit’ unexpectedly taken and still not returned 3 days later.
