The room was considered clean but the floor was sticky. We didnt have shower curtain nor did we have toilet paper. The ac kept turning off and the room was hot. Parking is ok and the location great. The breakfast was perfect!! Coffee was served cold and we had to ask to microwave it. Pool was not clean so we didnt swim. It had mildew and lots of trash.

Decent hotel in Chetumal, but I think can be better. Pillows and bed are on the soft side, and hotel is probably a bit old so it has a smell. Conveniently located across the Mayan museum and probably one of the better hotel in chetumal. Wifi is very intermittent.
