Everything is awesome, the team of the hotel needs tremendous improvement in terms of hospitality services. This is one of the best hotels when it comes to cleanliness, room size and its reasonable room rate. But the service staff of the hotel do not know how to offer it hospitality or the real hospitality service. After asking and talking to them, it is clear that they were pressured by the regulations of the headquarters so their service was so much lower than the hospitality should be. You make it pissed off how pushing they could be, how rudely they talked to you even though I never expected a royal treatment, but how I was treated during my 永安 was very disappointing. In conclusion, if you're looking for a spacious room with very reasonable rates , this is the one. But if Hotel services are something you are after, this is not recommended.

I stayed for one night and overall, it was a good value for the price. Don’t expect too much, but it does the job if you just need a place to sleep. It could definitely be cleaner, especially the elevator, and there’s no breakfast or lobby area—so keep that in mind. The ladies at the front desk were amazing! I lost my phone and they went out of their way to help me find it. For the price, I liked it and would consider staying again for a short stay.
