Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel, está muy céntrico,limpio, la piscina es estupenda, también los desayunos y el personal es muy amable. Lo que menos es que el agua de la ducha sale demasiado caliente y que no tiene ascensor, aunque en nuestro caso no supone un problema. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con esta estancia

The hotel is in a good location. The building is old, but the rooms and common areas are kept clean and comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the water pressure and temperature of the shower. I have short hair so it's not a problem for me, but people with long hair may not be able to wash it out. I hope this will be improved.

The hotel was well located but the room was dark and didn't have much inside light. The sheets were stained and dirty, wich is not acceptable for a 3-star hotel.The bathroom door didn't close properly and stayed slightly open, and the walls were thin, so we could hear guests passing by. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.

I selected the good view room but even the view is not beautiful I also need to climb third floor without elevator.And don’t mix nationality and service. Your duty is kindly pay attention to the customer , it’s not important where they are from. Don’t forget I gave money before coming to your hotel and I don’t demand anything for free.

수영장도 있고 조식도 단촐하지만 먹을만햐요. 그리고 위치가 정말 좋아요. 치앙라이 버스터미널 걸어서 5분. 다음에 또 갈거예요.

Excellent staff and a decent room with a good shower. Unfortunately the room had a thick metal grill surrounding the tiny balcony which made it feel like a cage. Add the shrubs and bushes and it blocks out most natural light. The swimming pool was not that clean with numerous dead leaves and pigeon feathers although the area around it was very nice with good sun loungers. Breakfast was good and the staff kept it clean and tidy. Had toast and good tea but otherwise Thai and Asian menu. But I enjoyed it. The closing time of 9.45am is too early, especially as they start clearing away even earlier.

치앙라이1터미널에서 걸어서5분정도 걸림 조용한곳에 위치하여 소음없이 편하게 쉴수있음. 스텝들은 친절하고 특히 벨보이는 안전과 서비스 모든면에서 든든한 도움을 받음 조식은 다양한 종류를 맛볼 수 있고 식당위치도 수영장옆이라 즐겁게 식사할 수있음. 수영장관리도 잘하여 쾌적하게 쉴 수 있었음

良かったところ ・スタッフが親切 ・朝食の味付けは食べやすい ・コインランドリー（おまかせOK）が近くにあるので、毎日洗濯可能 ・ナイトバザールに近い 悪かったところ ・シャワールームがとにかく狹い ・金庫、タンスがない ・水圧が低くて、トイレやシャワーの水が出なくなることがある 差し引きして、また機會があれば予約すると思う。
