希爾頓歡朋酒店芝加哥麥考密克會展中心 (Hampton Inn Chicago McCormick Place)

入住時飯店說沒有收到永安的錢，連絡永安後，客服非常主動的解決了。之後會更常使用永安的服務。

就在市區，整體服務很不錯！

什麼都好就是沒有免費水

酒店位置優越，離會展中心步行五六分鐘可達，樓下有一間意大利餐廳，還有個海底撈，街對面有便利店。離中國城不遠，走過去大約15分鐘。特別讚的是酒店可代泊停車，非常方便。房間不算很大，但總體而言還是很不錯。

對去芝加哥會議中心參會的人員來説，該酒店的位置及環境（直接連接會議中心）非常適合，離芝加哥華埠也近（走路15分鐘）。酒店提供的早餐也不錯。但我住的房間的淋浴設施的水温調節非常不合理，叫了維修師傅也沒能解決。早上起來參會前不能洗個熱水澡，整天無精打採的，跟前台溝通了也沒得到補償。

Second times in this hotel, and close to the convention centre, great location.

服務不錯，可以通過人行橋去展館，很方便。去華人街不行10分鐘就到了。

Pool was saline and clean and warm enough to actually use. Breakfast was nice. Parking was $50 in the self park next door. Entrance houses 3 hotels which is confusing. Hotel had clean products and no terrible chemical or mold smells.

The free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating. There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm. There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power 永安 and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it
