We reached the hotel at 4 p. M. On 8th feb, we were shocked when we're told all rooms have been booked. After great pursuation, we were allotted one room by 5 pm and another by late 10 p. M. Although we had made full payment for both rooms in advance. The rooms were not clean and no hot water in the bathrooms.

Leaking taps in the bathroom, making the entire floor wet, cockroaches, mosquitoes in the room, stinky bedsheets. The corridor was smelly. Overall worst experience.

The hotel was looking good from outside but the maintenance of rooms gave me a bad experience. Ac is not working properly and the fan provided in the room makes lot of noise. When asked about the same, we were suggested to reduce the fan speed.

1. Photos provided are totally deceiving as this hotel going through major renovations. 2. Had to register tell them to replace the bedsheets as they were not fresh. We saw the same sheet being reused as we were waiting for the room during check in 3. Bathroom not at all as expected due to ongoing renovations 4. Morning breakfast skipped as the dining place was not at all neat. We had it from nearby hotel which was awesome 5. Towels given were all old ones 6. Very poor management and for service lapse they keep pointing to couple of service people who was taking care of the entire work. Which is not the case. Issue is with the management team. Only plus point is the location.

Mortified with the hotel ! the hotel is totally under construction/ renovation! they didn’t even on the compressor for the ac to be turned on and it never worked till the end! we ended up vacating by 10pm!
