The place is good. Location is really good. The coffee estate tour was pretty awesome. Food was also delicious,just that the refilling of buffet was very slow. Definitely not worth the price,but overall a good stay. Would have rated outstanding if not for the exorbitant price.

I had a delightful experience at The Silver Sky Resort. The location is perfect, being close to key travel spots, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. It was a nice experience for us. Very well maintained property,staffs were very cooperative,food was good.

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Food is good as well. We had a great time here. There is plenty of parking but it is in open space. Shade for parking would be better as the cars can get pretty hot during day time. I think, it should be there at this price point.

The stay n staff was good, food was delicious, ambience s super scenary of mountain was outstanding.

Pros: this is the only thing that is property location. The view from the cottage is very good and well maintained. Cons: i got the room around 13k per day. Which is not at all matching with their poor quality service. Totally overpriced. 1. No menaral water bottle provided with this huge room charges. They use to give glass bottles and if you ask they will refill it. Every time you ask them they will bring your bottle and fill it up. If you ask for a fresh bottle they will simply deny it. 2. The swimming pool is not heated. Which is ridiculous to me. In hill station at 10-12 degree temperature you will be forced to deal with cold water if you want to use the swimming pool. 3. No morning tea service. Tea used to be served after 7. 30am. So on the balcony if you think to enjoy the sunrise with hot tea then you have to make your own tea. 4. They are very punctual in kitchen timings. Once the time is over you won't get food though you are hungry. No option in the food menu if you want to have anything after 10pm. The kitchen used to be closed at 10pm. If you are hungry then arrange yourself. 5. Bonfire is most funniest thing here. They will light up the fire and that is it. No music, no food and no drink will be served at that area. Many things to write but in short if you have respect to your hard earned money then i won't recommend this resort at all. This is totally waste of money. @hotel management, please don't write your "sorry" in the portal just to get business. Try to improve the service. We spend our hard earned money to have a good time. I have spent 27k for 2 days just for lodging which is non refundable. I hope my feedback will help some other travellers not to waste their money.

The resort was excellent and was absolutely kids friendly. The entire staff were absolutely polite and were always available to meet any requests that we had. The food was simply amazing wide a wide platter to choose from. The breakfast (buffet) was also really good. In summary a real value for money and we would certainly go back to the same resort if we go to chikmagalur again
