No electricity backup. Food is for breakfast. Reception is terrible at night. Room is super small.

There is was no power for the whole night during our stay. Front desk people not responding and lift was not working There was no power for whole night during our stay, also there was no much option for food except Chinese food… also, water taps were slow and you have to wait for 30 mins to get hot water

the property was below expectation. the Executive room type I booked didn't have any extra amenities mentioned in MMT in comparison to the Superior room type other than the room size. Food was average and didn't have much options. poor quality of Staff and management. Services average.

There is no room service even for emergency, worst breakfast, they don’t have any dish except chapatti for lunch and dinner, bad ambiance, no response from reception if u make a call from room.
