very good rooms good food and staff.. highly recommend , very polite staff in the middle of the place which is near to all the surrounding places

Hotel room was good,staff were polite and supportive.Staff at reception were very supportive and helpful...Room services were awesome.. Resturant food was very good and provide fresh food.Breakfast menu was god and taste was very good overall experience of my 2 days stay ***** with my family was very good . Location of hotel is very good and has good connectivity to nearest market, bus stand and local railway station..

We liked the hospitality of host satish. Room was nice as per the price. Tv was in living room and bedroom was separate.

Close to downtown. Not a fancy hotel but, it was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The hotel is good value for money if you are going to be at the hotel to sleep and refresh the next morning.

We had booked three rooms recently for a leisure 永安 with family. The hotel was easy to locate as we entered Chikmagalur from Belur. Staff/Receptionist was friendly and courteous as she guided us with how and what to cover in Chikmagalur. The rooms were a bit disappointing as lighting was poor and some of the LED did not work in two of the rooms. Chairs were broken/unusable in two of the rooms. The view from the room is not great as it opens up to farms but luckily we could spot peacocks in the maize fields. We had opted for buffet breakfast. The food was hot and tasty. But the dining hall is simply not big enough to accommodate the guest especially during peak season. Seating arrangements are not good and there were only two staff members who struggled to serve the guests. Rooms were clean to a large extent but some of the Lenin and pillow covers were not which doesn't befit a hotel claiming to be a 3 star. The chairs were broken in two of the rooms. Lights were not working. The view from the room is not great.

The stay and service is excellent. For sure you will love the hotel and stay. The food is also too good.

A very comfortable stay, attached balcony, washroom very clean and hot water available round the clock. Do not expect amazing views from balcony, but very peaceful area. Nearby not many restaurants, but food street is walkable for adults. Breakfast was amazing even though options were limited. Rooms are not sound proof which is the only thing i was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a fabulous stay
