Located in proper Chikmagalur town and its very clean and properly maintained.It has many accessible restaurants nearby for good food.

The only good thing about the hotels were the rooms. The bathroom window of one of the two rooms was broken and was not repaired or taken care of during the stay despite having checked in very late. On asking for extra towels, was handed towels that were torn and in poor shape. Water was scarcely provided as the customer could get only 2 small bottles of water a day. More water was chargeable. Room service or any restaurant related services were not available after 10 PM.

there's always disagreement and no coordination, Regarding the tariffs agreed while booking and the customer has to bear all this delayed check-in, and moreover the property doesn't wants to entertain the customers from the hotel booking portals,

Stay at Tresca is good in terms of comforts, service and facility.. you also have a separate washrooms for drivers which help them to refresh. But, the price is on costly side as there is no food option available..

Hotel was clean and well maintained. It looks exactly like it is in the pictures. It’s located in the city center and is accessible to many restaurants and public transport options. Staff was friendly and helpful.
