The hotel room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly, except for the senior receptionist. He was a bit rude and not friendly towards us.

Location is good but room is not given as promised also it is costly for more than 2000 .They will promise you unlimited breakfast but it is not really unlimited they will give only 2 items per person. Complementary Water bottles given are also of 500 ml which is not at all sufficient for 1 full dat .

I always prefer Treebo over other stays. This time, it again turned out to be my best decision and luckily we got to see all the rooms, basic, deluxe and supreme and it was wonderful. Their hospitality is great and you will enjoy your 永安 at peace. I would definitely recommend treebo

Stayed for two days for official work at chikmagalur. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location was near the main market. Overall the stay was pleasant and is a good option for budget hotel.
