Location is good. Cleanliness not maintained. AC malfunctioning. Rooms not properly arranged. Limited dishes offered for breakfast.

Very professional staff and quick service. Centrally located in Pimpri-Chinchwad—easily accessible to key places. Rooms and washrooms were hygienic. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Felt safe and comfortable with family. Highly recommended!

Room ambience is not good, broken bathroom door and overall maintenance is not good. I stayed for few hours, so i could manage. But if its for a day stay, its not good for that. Staff, support guys and rest of the checkin/checkout are good. No complaint with that. But the overall ambiance is not good. I wont recommend this for family stay.

First of all rooms linen is looking very dirty. Then the hotel is taking extra charge for AC and in the midnight AC is not worked properly.Then i raised this issue to FO and i had to take 3 followups on this issue but they didn't respond.Staff attitude and behaviour is not good.
