酒店位置好，前台服務非常周到，酒店乾淨衞生，床也很大，房間也大，還是超大落地窗，中央空調製冷效果特別好，住起來挺舒服的，離光環購物公園衹有2公里左右，樓下停車也很方便，周邊吃喝玩樂的太多太多了，值得推薦

房間乾淨明亮，而且還是落地窗，看出去讓人很輕鬆。房間的洗漱用品配備的很齊全，下午還有下午茶，晚上你還有晚安湯品。，走累了還要泡腳包，泡了睡覺挺舒服的。

It could be a great hotel. However my experience was not excellent. The first night drunk guests were shouting in the lobby next to my room until 4:30am. The police had to be called as well. The next morning I asked for a quieter room: no apologies for the horrible experience or room change, only telling me that the drunk guest is leaving. A goodwill gesture in these cases is the minimum and changing the room when the hotel is not full shouldn't be an issue (I work in the hotel industry at home). Before ear plugs are mentinoned: anyone who can sleep with ear plugs have their own ones already. Not many people can sleep with them though and the disposable ones are useless so using it as a solution is not good enough. Cigarette smoke: (I booked a non smoking room) the lobby and corridors smelled cigarette all the time and the smoke was coming through the closed room door as it doesnt seal properly. The room was filled with cigarette smoke at night as well, because guests were smoking outside of their rooms even at 2am (I found the smoke detector covered with tissue paper) . All sorts of noise (high heels on woooden stair case at night, loud guests all hours, continously running water in a room for some reason, School next to the hotel uses loud speakers from 9am for all the neighbourhood to hear) i went there to rest and I couldn't sleep at all. When I asked for changes, I didn't get any help. Afternoon tea: prepacked biscuits not fresh produce. Good points: free washing machine and next to a great shopping mall. I didn't move to another hotel as I already paid and I was too tired to discuss this. I was really looking forward to staying at a decent place after so many hostels and I am so sad so say that it didn't provide anything I needed.

酒店的位置特別好找，就在馬路旁邊就能看得到酒店的牌子。房間設施設備挺齊全的。做到乾濕分離的衞浴。酒店還帶有洗衣機。大廳還有一個茶室，這個酒店住着感受到家的温暖。
