hi i didn't get to stay at hotel because i went on the wrong date was very upset and annoyed either myself it was a surprise birthday treat for my partner and i'd arrived o wrong date was offered a apartment but that was not good was no were to hang clothes and just outside our door was dirty mattress behind a fence and still building materials wasn't were my partner and me were happy to say also i had to make extra payment £50 which i did and when went back to reception and made them aware wouldn't be staying and could they return money to my card but was told couldn't do this till monday so just have to wait till monday hopefully will be no problems otherwise looked beautiful when driving i with the lake i'm really upset i didn't get to give my partner a birthday surprise 🙁🙁🙁🙁
