羅馬錢皮諾智能酒店 (Rome Ciampino Smart Hotel)

A bit hard to find, and no prior contact regarding the PIN entry code, which could have made things very difficult.  The breakfast hamper was not worth while, if I had have known this was the deal, there’s no way I would have paid extra in advance for it.

숙소는 깨끗하고 직원분들도 너무 친절해서 머물기 너무좋았습니다 참피노역과 가까운 거리에 있어서 로마 시내 나가는것도 편했고 참피노 공항 가는것도 편했습니다

I wished I never booked this place. I arrived there just in time for the provided check in time (23:00), which apparently was 21:00 but they listed it differently on the email.  At the arrival, there was a surprise! Door codes were faulty at that time and no one could get in. We finally managed to get with someone on the phone, and they were asking us to dig in somewhere for solutions.  Somehow, an hour later we managed to get into the building. But the worse is yet to come. They did not send me any room number, and their excuse was that they didn’t have my email address. Which is truly insane.  I had to spend a lot more time waiting to get a room allocated.  Terrible. Again, I wished I haven’t booked this place as having given the hour, I spent the beginning of my holiday under a lot of stress ( past midnight and not having a room that I paid for and had a confirmation for.  Very bad logistics. In the morning, at the reception, there was a very kind young lady, but she couldn’t do much. So we agreed for a call with the head office on Monday. They called but they had no clue of the situation and again I had to go and explain it for a good 30 minutes with no resolution. I would not recommend this place at all!!! The worse experience ever!
