Hotel staffs hospitality is good, responsive and helpful although . But as we came into the room the cleanliness, both the room and the bath room, were poor, and also we should ask for body soap and additional towel to be provided as only 2 towels available in the room. TV set out of service, the room chair is broken and dirty, and no telephone available in the room so we must went down from 3rd floor to 1st floor to get to the reception, and hotel phone number on the check-in voucher is a false number. The number is belong to hotel's former employee.

Cukup bagus, sesuai harga, staff ramah, 5v channel ok, ac ok, air panas ok, cuman mungkin karena sudah tua jafi utk toilet perlu ada perbaharuan agar tamu makin puas
