住過很多國家的諾服特酒店，這是最差的一次體驗，酒店的毛孔和床上用品發黑，無純凈水，印尼的水質是出了名的臟臟水，暗暗發誓再也不來這個國家了。但比我在雅加達的酒店好多了，雅加達的酒店房間充滿廚房油煙味兒。

Great hotel and all good. Lovely front desk and cleaning staff. Spacy neat clean room. TV is full of functions with many channels. Good stay in Bandung. Love to come back. Nice view. Good wi fi. Basically all good. Didn't have meals. So can't say anything about those.

The location of the hotel is so convenient, 7 mins drive to Braga street , and 7 mins drive to Bandung train station. The view from the window is amazing, the mountain from far is so beautiful. Thanks to the hotel team that granted our special request of a higher floor room.

Terima kasih NOVOTEL sungguh pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan, walaupun bangunan bukan baru tapi tempatnya bersih, rapih dan terlihat perawatannya , pelayanan memuaskan, sarapan cukup banyak variant hanya saja untuk rasa masih sedikit kurang tapi tetap habis semua yang saya ambil, next bisa booking lagi ditempat ini

Pengalaman pertama menginap di novotel bandung, hotelnya sangat bagus, bersih dan pelayanan baik.. dikamar ada bathubnya jadi anak2 cukup senang,, makanan bervariasi dan anak dibawah 16th masih free klo ad kesempatan ke bandung mau nginep di sini lagi
