Vše v naprostém pořádku. Skvělá lokalita blízko vlaku do Versaille i centra. Mohu jen doporučit.

We stayed at this hotel with my partner and our dog. When we arrived in the middle of the night (around 3:00 am), we discovered stains on the fitted sheet that looked like urine. We went down to reception right away, and they moved us to another room, which we truly appreciated. During the stay, we chose not to request daily housekeeping to avoid stressing our dog, but we wanted to change the bedding ourselves. When we removed the duvet cover, we were shocked to find stains that seemed to be blood and urine on the duvet itself. We asked housekeeping for a replacement, and thankfully they provided a clean one without any issue. At checkout, we went to reception to inform them about everything and show photos and videos, just so they could be aware of what happened. Sadly, the response from the morning receptionist, Adonis, was rude and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he replied, “We already changed your room,” in a rather condescending way and then asked, “So what’s the issue now?” We explained we weren’t complaining, only giving feedback, but he simply said it wasn’t his responsibility and that he “might pass it along.” There was no apology at any point, though he quickly reminded us about the pending charges for the dog, parking, and city tax, which we paid on the spot. We also noticed him mocking a guest on the phone while joking with a colleague, which felt very unprofessional. As for the facilities, the furniture is old and worn, especially the sofa, which was in bad shape and doesn’t reflect the standard one would expect from a hotel of this category. The breakfast experience was very poorly managed. When we arrived at 9:15 am, most of the food was gone, there were no clean tables available, and we had to repeatedly ask for items to be restocked. When bread was finally brought out, it was still frozen, which understandably upset several guests. ⸻ Overall: while some staff members were helpful and tried to resolve issues, the cleanliness, morning reception service (particularly Adonis), and breakfast organization were very disappointing. The night receptionist was kind and helpful, but overall, the experience fell far short of what we expected.

Die Lage ist ruhig und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. Das Frühstück ist für französische Verhältnisse top. Unser Familienzimmer (Standard) war ausreichend und sauber, nur die Betten waren uns etwas zu weich.

Me encantooooo y súper buena ubicación

Nettes Hotel, liegt etwas außerhalb, ist jedoch hervorragend per Bus oder Bahn zu erreichen. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und mit dem wichtigsten ausgestattet. Lediglich einen Safe im Zimmer haben wir vermisst. Das Frühstück war gut und von allem angebotenen war genug vorhanden. Inkl frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

房間乾淨，有強勁熱水。 早餐款色不多，但管夠。 位置有一點偏，去12號地鐵要走二十多分鐘，而且是上下坡，附近有一間大超市。 整體都滿意，沒有重大缺點。

就是普通小旅店。最近在修路，有點繞遠。沒啥可評價的，酒店可以點吃喝，外邊就是地鐵，但是因為正在修路，所以比較繞

房間乾淨；環境不錯；到店多收了我的城市税，幸好當時問前台要了收據並標記了；對賬時發現問題經過客服溝通差價已退還；早餐種類少，但有鮮榨橙汁。
