I regret to say that my stay at Yac Clichy Hotel was an absolute nightmare. I booked the "superior room with terrace," which was supposed to be the largest and most luxurious option. Instead, I was greeted by what can only be described as a cramped box. The room was tiny, and the heating system was ineffective, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Strangely, the bathroom was much larger than the bedroom, and they couldn’t even fit a wardrobe in the bedroom—just a coat rack for your clothes! To make matters worse, the amenities were subpar. The pool was freezing, the jacuzzi didn’t function properly, and the sauna was lukewarm at best. I asked for cutlery to be brought to my room, only to be told I had to go downstairs myself and was handed plastic cutlery and cups. How is this acceptable for a "superior" room? There was no desk or chair in the room to work from, and no fridge or microwave for guests to use, which made it incredibly inconvenient. And the staff? Don’t even get me started. François, in particular, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. Customer service training is definitely needed. The level of disrespect me and my wife incurred from this individual was shocking. I genuinely believe Francois is racist and should be removed from the organisation. Additionally, they charged me 40 euros for a late checkout, but when I asked for any official documentation regarding this fee or the cost for additional services, they couldn’t provide anything. It’s clear this hotel is run by crooks. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else—anywhere else! Paying a little extra for a better hotel with attentive staff will be well worth it. I wouldn’t even give this place one star if I could. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want your Paris vacation ruined!

Posto un po’ nascosto, difficile da raggiungere in auto a causa del traffico. L’hotel non ha un parcheggio privato di uso proprio, come descritto nelle informazioni. Staff molto cordiale, check-in dalle 15 in poi. Mi è successo molte volte arrivare in Hotel prima del orario stabilito per il check-in, e mi è stato dato comunque la possibilità di effettuare il check-in prima del tempo stabilito senza costi aggiuntivi, qui mi è stato chiesto un pagamento di 40 euro per un check-in anticipato. Il check-in ha lunghe durate, ho dovuto aspettare circa 40 minuti per ricevere la stanza, che alla fine non era neanche stata pulita a dovere, lenzuola non cambiate e via così. Il staff è stato gentile ad offrirmi la colazione per il disagio avvenuto, però penso che dovrebbero migliorare ancora molto. Per essere un 4 stelle, è ben arredato come hotel, però manca il minibar in camera, e molti altri servizi . Ho avuto perlopiù l’esperienza di stare in un hotel 2 stelle. Prezzo / Servizio non è ben rapportato.

Absolutely wonderful. PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning. CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem. Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next 永安 to Paris. Absolutely recommend.
