The room and lobby was clean and we felt the hotel was in a good location. The service is a bit lacking in hospitality. There's no hot water at the sink. Luckily the shower was great but a tight spot for me. The breakfast was average. Overall our stay was good.

The hotel is a great place to stay, the staff is so friendly and warmly welcome us. For a three star hotel, they provided amenities more than a four star hotel. A safe and mini fridge are available in each room. The breakfast' plates, cups, saucers were warm and clean. The food is nice and well prepared by their kitchen. The price is almost the same with the market at the hotel surroundings. Check-in and check-out time is very efficient and quick.

The hotel is located in a very busy place and alot of street food nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall looks good but the room cleanliness so so as there are many baby cockroaches come out from the toilet door frame, each night I can see 4-5 baby cockroaches.

⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.
