I booked this hotel through MakeMy永安, trusting the platform to list only quality accommodations — but this experience has completely shattered that trust. The room was nothing like what was promised. Breakfast was clearly mentioned during booking and even confirmed at the reception, but it was never provided. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, showing no willingness to assist. The AC was barely functional, the toilet had no lock (which is unacceptable), the water heater didn’t work, and the bathroom was not clean. The TV wasn’t working either, and even basic amenities like drinking water were not provided. The stay was highly uncomfortable and stressful. I expected at least the minimum level of hospitality, but the hotel failed on all fronts.

I was at SKR from 11.04.25 to 17.04.25. Room service was poor. No Hot water supply . Phone in the did not work during our stay Extra bed removal was done after 4 8 hours with 1+3 reminders Room was good but needs improvement. I do propose to again to your hotel if this situation continues.

Pleasant stay near gandhipuram bus stand, rooms are very cleans and they provide excellent room service.

Regarding facilities in the room is not upto the level. To keep dresses there is no Hangers and room size should be bigger. Room Service is very poor. AC, Hot water, car parking is good.
