Food : we had Dinner and Complementary breakfast, spred was huge ,food was fresh and 80%of items on the menu was delicious, beverages need improvement , Rooms were spacious nd clean,hygienic allover ,desk, bed side table etc., lighting was good Bed spread nd comforter were bit decoloured from bright white that has to be changed for sure, rugs or carpets can be added around the cot co, the floor was too cold for the aircontioning though on 26 degrees. Restroom fittings needs to be replaced / serviced, hard water stains were clearly visible , that could hav been cleaned in particular, closet wasn't sparkling white, was expecting that from hash six, disappointed on that aspect. Dining->Exceptional Restroom ->Average Room -> Good

The room was okay. The AC was not working properly. The shower mixer was dysfunctional as well. Not worth the money.

The location was incredibly convenient, especially to explore coimbatore and the hillstatioms that surround it, while also being close to the airport. The buffet and room service served exquisite food l, both in terms of variety and quality irrespective of the meal. Highly recommended

Not worth for the money. Bathrooms are not clean. Old type rooms. Sofas are full of stains. Did not even sit on them. There is no one available to pick your luggage while check in and check out. No point in calling this as 4 Star hotel. Utter disappointment.

Regular customer excellent food and location. Swimming pool is well maintained and big. Room is big and tidy. Rest room shower should be cleaned.

Stay here for the location and nothing else. The hotel is tired from its fixtures to its towels. The pool is dirty and despite mentioning this to the hotel staff, nothing was done. Housekeeping wouldn’t replace hand towels in the hotel. The ironing board would keep falling. It seems someone build this hotel with a lot of passion and love but then got disinterested ***** the way.
