More than 30 mins to check in even i reached by 2pm. Rooms are not clean. No kettles to get hot water /no complimentart toilet kits. Restatrant closed for renovation

The room which was booked was given to someone else, the room allotted was not at all clean, aircon was not working, the shower and the bed spread were pathetic. We vacated the room in 2 hrs from entry

following are the reasons why we have rated-2-bad 1)when we checked in at 4-00pm to comfort hotel, on 08/04/23 rooms we’re not ready. they made us to wait for 30 minutes, gave one room where all 4 of us huddled together later they gave 2nd room. 2)in one room ac was not functioning properly, in this summer it was not tolerable. 3)fan regulators were functioning. 4)rooms linen not hygienic, cleanliness was not proper over all our experience was bad, don’t suggest this hotel. reception lobby person was also adamant when we checked in and protested😡.

Rooms okay proper and neat. In app check in time cannot be changed. If there may be at-least 3 option for check in time then comfortable for us to make our time.
