Good location and reasonable price. Very close to a bustling area. There are not many facilities in the room. It works for people staying for 1-2 nights.

酒店接待處服務人員態度好，房間有冷氣，樓下有大型超市很方便，酒店位置在商業街很方便，距離火車站及大教堂步行10分鐘。

The location of the hotel is good. Rooms were generally clean but pretty narrow when you go to the toilet. Beds were comfortable. When I asked they gave us kettle and glass. This is also a nice act! If you check in earlier you have to pay 30 euros extra. Therefore we arrived at the hotel at 15:06, and the receptionist told that they haven’t made the room ready for third person. Our reservation did include third person from beforehand. When we entered the room, it was so hot that it was not possible to breathe normally. My guess they just forgot about us entering, even though we came beforehand to put our luggage and reminded them we would be back for 3pm.

Absolutely Not a 4-Star Hotel – Avoid This Place! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. It absolutely does not deserve 4 stars — I’d give it half star, maybe 1 at best. 1- Reception was a disaster. I waited over an hour because they couldn’t find my reservation. No apology, no compensation — just pure incompetence. 2-I paid €100 extra to upgrade from a tiny single bed to a double bed — only to find it was just two singles pushed together. Completely unacceptable for the price. 3-Reception closes at night. No one to assist, and there was no phone number provided in the room for help or room service. Total lack of basic hotel service. 4-The room had no amenities. No tea, no coffee, not even a kettle. The bathroom was cramped, and room service doesn’t even exist. 5-The swimming pool? It’s not in the building — it’s in another one nearby. Misleading and inconvenient. This place is a joke compared to what it advertises. Don’t waste your money. Don’t come here. There are far better options nearby

Check in was easy, its a nice hotel right in the town and a walking distantie from the train station. The service was good but did not expect the wellness centrum to be alocated at a different building but still was nice to have use the faciliteiten.

It’s amazing how they are partnering with this spa center that have sauna and swimming pool and a bunch of aesthetic equipment!!! Room so average, but with the spa, worth it for a regular priced stay

Alles in allem ein schönes, ruhiges und sehr zentrales Hotel. Der Dom ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ein günstiges Parkhaus ist im selben Gebäude. Ich würde es wieder buchen.
