Booked the hotel because of the playground and swimming pool. It is an old hotel with wood accents. Room was quite spacious but the bed sheet was old and lot of brown stain. Can see several bugs in the humid area. Stay 3 nights. Second night, hot water was not working. Called the maintenance but it took 30 minutes for them to come. Asked hair dryer to front desk and took 20 minutes to come. Swimming pool is warm water, but very cold in the morning. It was okay, should be cleaned more frequently because lot of leaves and flowers. The down side, when the pools are crowded, saw some men smoking near the playground. Playground is spacious, but started getting old. There are patchy areas in the grass carpet. The slide area is not slippery anymore, some slides even too slippery, saw some kids slip in the sitting position and complained get hurt. The breakfast selection was not many, but most of them delicious. Especially in the egg station, the (seems like trainee) staff make my egg very delicious!

Hotel quite old lot of furnitures little bit broken like door and then wardrobe . The water quite small during the peak hours. Stay there 2 nights. 1 room in the first night so many issues so the next day we requested to move to other room. Quite sad they dont really check the room condition before give to the customer but yes i can say their service and hospitality is good but yes hope they can do more renovation and check each room condition to avoid some complaint again. The breakfast quite nice lot of varieties as well.

Our family had a wonderful staycation at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive room, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, nice and cool, and clean with a 50 inch Smart TV—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was great, and our kid had an amazing time playing, especially with the new playground. It’s a fantastic place for families, with plenty of space for little ones to have fun. Since it was fasting time, the hotel went the extra mile by sending breakfast to our room, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and family-friendly staycation.

Old but huge hotel in Solo with reasonable price. It’s a 4 stars hotel but I think it hasn’t been renovated for a long time and it’s clearly showing. Bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is working well. The TV is still cable TV and not a smart TV so it can’t connect to streaming services. Breakfast options are very limited even though it’s a big hotel, but it does serves traditional foods which are quite unique and rare to see in hotel nowadays.

Hotelnya baguss, pemandangan juga oke, tapi pelayanannya perlu di tingkatkan lagi, adek saya foto di halaman ditegur satpam karena katanya foto disana harus bayar akhirnya bikin badmood, padahal kenyataannya free. Kemudian agak menjengkelan pas mau checkin, mau drop barang di loby ga dibolehin mas2nya harus keparkiran dulu dan jalan jauh buat ke loby lagi dengan bawa banyak barang, repot. Fasilitas kamar perlu di perbaiki lagi karena dapat kamar yg wastafelnya penyerapannya kurang jd kecembeng airnya.

cek in tgl 21 juni malam jam 10 expektasi : executive lt 1 view garden (spt. gambar) realita : executive lt 2 (tdk sesuai gambar) kondisi 1: balkon kecil kondisi 2: wastafel mampet,shower kecil (kondisi tdk spt layaknya gelar executive) kondisi ini hampir sama dg standard room komplain kamar : pihak manajemen : kurang pihak manajemen : terkesan biasa saja hospitality : semua karyawan : baik sekali manajemen : kurang fasilitas hotel : terawat baik fasilitas kamar : tidak terawat saran : perbaikan staff manajemen
