我很少給酒店不好的評價，但這次出差着實讓我震驚到了 房間夠大，設備陳舊，尤其是房頂就跟我們十年前的瓷磚地板，很舊，並且裸露狀態，臟兮兮 早餐單一，每天如此 周邊可吃飯的地方有限，有一家意大利披薩店 小超市有兩家，走路五六分鐘和十來分鐘 若非商務出差沒辦法，酒店不推薦

Paris is Amazing!! Staff was very nice and always helpful it was a pleasure to stay here . It is along way from the attractions though so 🤷 plan on spending time in traffic. But all things considered it was an Amazing stay with great breakfast and staff helped make us feel welcomed and safe the entire time.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel à proximité de Paris. La literie était très confortable. Nous avons demandé une chambre avec une kitchenette, malheureusement nous ne l’avons pas eu. La salle de bain était spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Le stationnement à proximité de l’hôtel n’est pas forcément gratuit, les places sont plus au moins rares.

Insgesamt fanden wir den Aufenthalt ganz Okay. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel hätten wir allerdings erwartet, dass das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht wird. Des Weiteren wird erst am 3. Tag das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Parkplatz muss man dazu buchen, da in der Nähe keine Parkmöglichkeiten sind. Der Preis ist ok. Insgesamt ok.

Never clear the room in 3 days . 4 of us but they provided 2 tower and never change towers every day. They always said they will send the tower to us but they never follow when requested tower and tissue paper .sofa bed very noisy and room sound proofing very bad always can hear talking from other room

the room was nice with a terrace. although it’s unnecessary to separate the bathroom and toilet, where the toilet has no sink. the shower head is too weak and there was no conditioner, but the website said they have.

J’ai essayé d’annuler ma réservation suite à une annulation de mon train (grèves SNCF). Dès que j’ai été prévenue par la SNCF, j’ai essayé de contacter l’hôtel, au bout de 3 appels j’ai enfin pu avoir le service des réservations. On me dit qu’il faut faire un mail (chose que j’ai faite au préalable) pour ensuite me dire que l’annulation se ferait avec des frais (chose que je comprends), je lui demande le montant des frais, l’interlocutrice Julie me répond le prix de la chambre, je lui dis donc dites moi tout de suite que ce n’est pas remboursable tout simplement. La semaine prochaine j’ai un déplacement de 4 nuits a faire, je ne reviendrai pas auprès de cet hôtel, d’autant que le service des réservations est particulièrement impoli et incompétent et ils nous redirigent automatiquement vers TRIP afin de ne pas traiter notre demande
