Very nice hotel in city center. Rooms are big, very clean and all equipment are first class. Cleanliness level is very high in hotel and service is always great and friendly. Restaurant on top of the roof with city view is amazing, many tasty food options available. Breakfast is great also, many food options available. Many shops are close to hotel. Swimming pool on top of building is nice place hang out, you can see ocean and city from there.

A big apartment at a reasonable price. Rooftop restaurant and pool are great. WiFi is a little weak in the bedroom. Location is useful on the Galle Road.

Was für ein Start! Dank 永安-Rabatt konnten wir ein super ausgestattetes Apartment für 5 Personen im Supun Arcade Residency buchen – perfekt für entspannte erste Tage in Sri Lanka. Das Apartment hatte wirklich alles, was das Reiseherz begehrt: eigene Küche, großer Wasserkanister, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine ! Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, das Personal durchweg herzlich und hilfsbereit. Obendrauf (im wahrsten Sinne): ein Rooftop-Pool mit genialer Aussicht und ein schönes Restaurant mit richtig gutem Essen. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und können’s nur weiterempfehlen!

I was stay there for 4 nights and spend over 2000USD ( including Supun Resturant and Supun mall at same building). Last day my 3 years old kid playing with pen and draw at book and she also stain some on bed, so they ask me for penalty, I said ok I will ready to pay cleaning money but they say they want new bedsheet money penalty and it’s 9000 LKR !!!!! Then I said ok I will pay 9000 LKR you buy new bedsheet and give me old one then they didn’t agree n told me to talk with operation manager. And operation manager say then can’t give me old stoned bedsheet but he ask me to pay 4500 LKR. And I pay 4500 and solved this matter . At all of this time there behavior isn’t so comportable for a guest.

Брали на 3 ночи Отель ужасный, везде тараканы и пришлось 1 день переночевать и переехать в другой отель и остальные 2 ночи деньги не вернули.
