連續幾年到斯里蘭卡出差都會入住這個酒店，早餐豐富，房間乾淨衞生，床很舒服，面朝大海，景色美不勝收，酒店大廳服務熱情。

一家很不錯的酒店，地理位置極好，就在市中心，離很多景點都很近。下了海上小火車，沒多遠就能到。衞生和餐食也很贊。 服務更是很到位。性價比極高，推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適無異味，整體環境衞生讓人特別安心。尤其前台的服務，辦理入住時效率超高，還耐心介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點，推薦的餐廳味道超讚。退房時也很貼心，主動詢問是否需要其他服務。服務熱情又專業，環境舒適宜人，下次來還選這家，十分推薦！

從入住花了快20分鐘，房間走廊充滿了煙味，樓下生日宴會音樂吵到晚上12點，打擾我們的睡眠時間，到check out,還堅持沒收到款…如果沒收到預付款，也沒我信用卡資料，昨晚怎麼會讓我們Check in? 這顯然是酒店內部操作系統的問題。為了沒收到我們的預付款，不讓我們離開，在大廳耗費了快20分鐘。讓我印象很差。

I recently stayed at The Kingsbury Colombo from April 2 to April 8, 2025, and I must say — every moment of my 7-day, 6-night stay was nothing short of exceptional. As a local living overseas, I was truly impressed by the world-class hospitality I experienced here. From the very beginning, the concierge team stood out — they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Their warm attitude and impeccable service went far beyond my expectations, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Special thanks also to the housekeeping staff, who maintained my room perfectly. They were polite, efficient, and ensured that everything was clean and comfortable every day. One unforgettable highlight was the in-room dining experience. I ordered the black pork curry with pol roti — and it was simply divine! Without exaggeration, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had, full of authentic Sri Lankan flavor and prepared to perfection. Overall, The Kingsbury Colombo exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is super clean, secure, and the staff make a genuine effort to create an exceptional experience for every guest. Whether you’re a local or a foreign traveler, I highly recommend staying here at least once — you’ll truly understand the meaning of top-tier hospitality. Looking forward to spending my next vacation with them again!

This was a really nice hotel and stay however although check was at 2pm the room was not ready until after 5:15pm. We arrived around 4 and ended up waiting by the pool for our rooms. Otherwise the pool and rooms and staff were very nice and accomodating. The breakfast buffet and the portions at the Steakhouse were sensational 🥰 The view from the room was also really nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, making it worth every penny. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. From fresh fruits to hot dishes, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The overall ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and the amenities were top-notch.
